Top Tier Junk Removal & Hauling (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates toptierjunk.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit the Site or submit a quote or contact request.
We do not operate user accounts, online payments, or a customer database on this Site. Information you submit through our forms is delivered to us by email and processed by the service providers listed below.
Information we collect
Quote and contact form submissions
When you request a quote or contact us through the Site, we collect the information you provide:
- Required: name, email address, phone number, and job details (message).
- Optional: service type, address or ZIP code, preferred contact method, and up to three photos of the items or job site.
Photos remain on your device until you submit the form. After the form passes validation and bot verification, photos upload to private cloud storage, are embedded in our internal notification email, and are then automatically deleted from cloud storage. A copy may remain in our email inbox.
Automatically collected information
- Anti-spam and security: We use a hidden honeypot field, a minimum submit delay, and IP-based rate limiting (held in memory for approximately 15 minutes, then discarded). Your IP address is not stored in a database or included in customer emails but may appear in hosting logs.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: When you use our quote forms, Cloudflare may process browser and interaction signals to verify you are not a bot. Turnstile tokens are verified once and not retained by us.
- Analytics (opt-in only): If you accept optional analytics in our cookie banner, we load Vercel Web Analytics, which may collect page views, routes, referrers, and device class. We do not load analytics unless you opt in. See our Cookie Policy for details.
- Cookie consent choice: Your accept/reject decision is stored in your browser's local storage under the key
toptier_cookie_consentuntil you change it or clear site data.
Information we do not collect through the Site
We do not collect payment card data, create user accounts, operate a marketing newsletter signup, collect SMS marketing opt-ins, use Google Analytics or advertising pixels, or use AI features on this Site.
How we use information
- Respond to your quote or contact request and prepare an estimate.
- Schedule and perform junk removal or hauling services.
- Send you an automated confirmation email when you submit a quote request.
- Protect the Site from spam and abuse.
- Understand Site usage when you opt in to analytics.
- Comply with law and maintain business records where applicable.
How we share information
We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We use the following service providers to operate the Site:
- Vercel — website hosting, serverless functions, private blob storage for temporary quote photos, and (if you opt in) web analytics.
- Resend — delivery of quote notification and confirmation emails.
- Cloudflare — Turnstile bot protection on quote forms.
Typography on the Site uses Google Fonts downloaded at build time and self-hosted by Next.js; end-user browsers do not load fonts directly from Google's CDN in production.
The Site contains links to third-party sites (for example, Google Business and Instagram). If you click those links, the third party's privacy policy applies.
Email communications
When you submit a quote request, we send an automated confirmation to the email address you provide. This is a transactional message about your request, not marketing. The confirmation is sent from an automated address; you may reply with questions.
Data retention
Quote and contact emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, estimates, scheduling, and legal or recordkeeping requirements. We do not run automated email deletion in the Site code; retention in our inboxes is a manual business process.
Quote photos in private cloud storage are deleted automatically after successful submission, on failed submission rollback, or when an upload session expires (approximately 30 minutes). Session cleanup runs when upload or contact routes are invoked—it is best-effort, not a scheduled cron job.

Your choices and rights
- Analytics: Use the cookie banner or “Cookie settings” in the Site footer to accept or reject optional analytics at any time.

- Access or deletion: Email gettoptierjunk@gmail.com or call (909) 682-6089. Include the date of your submission and the email address you used so we can locate your request.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use industry-standard hosting (HTTPS via Vercel), form validation, rate limiting, honeypot and timing checks, and Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce abuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices or the Site change. The effective date at the top will be revised when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
